Our Store does not offer Refunds however we offer other options.

Exchanges and Store Credit

Our Policy lasts 15 days, if 15 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange or Store Credit.

To be eligible to return your item for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging with tags attached and no marks from make-up or tanning products.

 Sale items are final. Sale items are final. Please choose carefully as there is no refunds, credits or exchanges.



There is no returns, Exchanges or Store Credits on swimwear items due to hygiene purposes. Please select your sizing carefully and refer to the Sizing Guide or if you have any questions please email and we'll be happy to assist you in every way we can. 


There is strictly no returns, exchanges or credits on sale items. 



Orders/Processing Time

All orders placed are process Monday to Friday and will be shipped within 24 hours of order placement excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking Information is then updated on your online order forum. 

All orders are shipping via Australia post who subcontract DHL for international orders. 


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We are currently working on offering a flat rate and free shipping offer for our Australian Customers. All orders offer you the option of Standard and Express Postage with estimated delivery times. 


International Shipping/Import Duties 

 All international orders are shipping via Australia Post who then subcontract DHL for the delivery. International Customers may be required to pay Sales tax, duty/and or Customs Tax.  All Tax and Customs Charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of your order or shipping charges. Taxes and Custom Charges differ on the Country and State of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs agent to find out what charges are applicable to your order. Destacarse Boutique are not responsible for any additional Taxes or Customs Charges that may occur/be requested during the shipment of your order.
